Perfect place to get away and enjoy some time at the lake
The wife kids and I all enjoyed our one night we stayed. We ate at the Resturaunt twice. The prices are reasonable. The portions of food is plenty. Waitress for both dinner and breakfast were really helpful and prompt. The room is suitable for a family of five with small children.You can see they are trying to improve the rooms. The towels we had were soft n plush n gray. There was plenty of toiletries. We stayed as a spur of the moment thing. Im glad we did. The lady at the front desk took my info and gave us the key before we paid for the room...I mean that alone speaks volumes about thier values and trust worthness. There was a reunion in effect that was being hosted. Even tho it seemed chaotic with the party they still served us in a timley manner. Cocktail drinks are 5 bucks for a quite large glass. My wife enjoyed all 5. The geese seem intemidating at first, but if u feed them they will come n honk at you til u drop the food. Yeah the place is aged But arent WE all. BooHoo no wifi lol enjoy the mountains and lake. Leave the tablets and cell phones in the vehicle. I cant wait to get away and explore Lake Roosevelt and enjoy the area again. I thought it great .Me and my wife a three granddaughters had a great time while we was there.Real nice people that run the place plus good food .We will definitely go back there
The cabin was clean and perfect for my needs. Cabins have kitchenettes which is a plus. The restaurant has good food and full bar. Over all experience was relaxing and pleasant.
This review is after our first of 3 nights here. We are very impressed so far. The room is very clean. I think all the beds and furniture is brand new and comfortable. You can tell they are still working on this place but they are doing a great job. The staff has been great so far. This is not a five star resort so if that is your expectations I don't recommend it but if you're looking for a fun quasi camping experience give it a try. The pics are cabin 22 which sleeps up to 8 people and is pet friendly.
